CONCEPT DESIGN/ MOOD BOARD DESIGN
(Can be done remotely)

This is an affordable way to get a designed look for your space. After visiting the space or, for virtual clients, reviewing photos and a video of your space, we will then curate a design board with the furnishings and décor, and a list of suggestions of any amenities to include to increase guests’ interest. This includes the following:

  • Mood board provided including the wall color/ wallpaper recommendation, decorative furnishings, area rugs, artwork, and lighting needed for your space (not included: small décor, any other STR amenities not mentioned)

  • The furnishings suggested will be provided with links for items so that you may purchase them on your own.

  • Will work within your provided budget to achieve the look you’re striving for at the investment you are comfortable with.

VIRTUAL DESIGN AND SPACE PLANNING, DIY INSTALLATION

  • Initial Design Concepts provided to guide the overall look of the property, color palette, and furniture style.

  • 2D Floor plan and 3D room renderings are provided to help you truly visualize how the space will look and feel, and how to install the items as per the vision. 

  • Design board provided with photos of items for every room, including design elements such as wallpaper, paint colors, and small décor.

  • Overall budget and links for purchases provided to owner for DIY purchasing and ordering.

FULL SERVICE DESIGN & INSTALLATION

We will provide you with an all-inclusive solution for your AirBnB where you don’t have to do anything but approve the items!

We will select everything for your unit and will include acquiring all necessities so that your property is ready for guests when we are complete! We can even handle managing the renovation, if desired. 

  • Create an overall design style and “story” for the property

  • Mood board created for each room

  • Renovation suggestions such as lighting, paint, and fixtures

  • Source and coordinate the purchase all of furnishings and accessories (purchases billed separately).

  • Arrange for all purchases to be delivered to the property or receiving warehouse, then oversee the transportation of items from receiver to property once home is ready for install.

  • Assemble and set-up/install all furnishings and accessories.

  • Install all necessities for the home to function as STR (kitchen items, cleaning closet, bed linens, etc.).

  • Coordinate interior and exterior photography, including detail photos to help increase bookings.

  • Written property listing description.

  • Project management for renovations can be provided.

Full Service projects must be discussed and quoted based on scope and size of the property.
