Our virtual design service offers clients the expertise of a designer while allowing them to DIY many aspects, reducing design fees. We start with a design questionnaire and client-provided images and dimensions. From there, Blue Lotus crafts a customized design concept that aligns with the client's budget and timeline. The design is then presented with shoppable links, empowering the client to take charge from that point forward, placing the orders and embracing their DIY spirit with handling the installation.

Our design team specializes in maximizing your short-term rentals ADR and occupancy. We perform research on your market, discuss your ideal guest avatar, and the develop a design concept that will crush the competition. Once the client approves the room designs, we can then procure the items, track deliveries, coordinate with a receiver, and schedule delivery & installation. Our team can handle the installation, of all furniture and decor, as well as all ancillary items such as artwork, window treatments, etc.. We can even coordinate renovation details with your contractor or provide project management services. We will happily get the property renter-ready and provide final photography, for a completely hands-off solution to our investor clients. 

 

AirBnB Design Services requires a quotation based on the level of service needed and location. 

A solution for clients whose STR (Short-term-rental) listings are underperforming and require a fast solution with minimal downtime, and a done-for-you level of service. Our team will coordinate with your manager or co-host, schedule a visit to the property on a vacant day, and take dimensions and notes of items needed. Then, we shop locally (and sometimes online) for additional items. Next, we coordinate the delivery & installation on 1-3 days that the property is vacant. We prioritize scheduling our work around active bookings to minimize downtime and maximize income potential for our clients. As an added bonus, we can provide the client with professional photography as well, to turn the listing around as fast as possible.
